I Like Cameras: Photo Gallery
Maybe add a photo gallery to the site where the writers can upload some of the pics they have taken. Could also make it so readers can submit images as well. I am working on a photo gallery for Damn I'm Cute and if that works out I will just move it over to ILC to see what can happen. I think this is a good way to increase traffic and build up the community while keeping readers on the site longer.
You'd be surprised how easy it is walking around and looking this good.

Yes I know, but having it internal increases their traffic. Not saying every photo that goes on the Flickr group should go there as well, but I am just looking at other ways to increase the traffic for them and keep visitors on their site.
