I could say something cool about how Fine Fools is changing the landscape of problogging (which it isn't...I don't think...maybe it is...is it?), but I can't because I am tired and tired people don't say cool things. They are just too tired. We are cool.

Our First Writer Crime Committed

October 2nd, 2025 by Scrivs

Well I honestly didn’t think it would happen in the first week, but it did. We here at the Fine Fools Community have our first offender to violate the Writing Standards. Ahmad Zaki just couldn’t help it and decided to post twice yesterday on a Saturday, which clearly violates Standard #8.

8. Writers will never publish on weekends or holidays.

I scolded him immediately and after much crying we have reconciled our differences and he has decided to enjoy his weekends a bit more. It’s these sort of tough lessons in life that we all must go through as painful as they may be. I think both Ahmad and myself are much stronger people now after this and I am looking forward to our continued growth.

But what the hell Scrivs, you are writing this post on a Sunday?! You see, this doesn’t count as a violation because I must write about the previous violation which if you read the fine print in the Writing Standards you will see that this type of post is perfectly acceptable. If can not see the fine print, please call your local government authorities to retain the proper documentation. And besides, it’s Monday in Australia now.

Enjoy your weekend if you are on the right side of the world.

haha, busted. Also interesting to see the ShortStat stats, weekends are such snoozers for most sites and we are no exception.

well actually, monday and tuesday are holidays as well. Jewish new year and all that… so you shouldn’t be publishing today or yesterday either. :D
