Where the Fools come to play

It will be more than a blog, but less than what 9rules is. Suggestions for what you would like to see on it?

I would like to see something more like 9rules but with more pastels. And I would also like to see profiles of us Foolish Finers.

More pastels? I think the new designs have enough colors as it is. Might just be like a two column site with one half being FF blog and the other half being a FF aggregator. Profiles? Definitely.

I'd like auto-adsense clicking scripts. Please.
Seriously though.
Design wise it should go the way of the new FineFools designs (JackOfAllBlogs etc.) Functionality wise author profiles would be good but should really link through to the FF sites themselves.
Also a "Looking for writers for XYZ blog" section.

Pastels was a joke.

Glad we got a decent forum up Paul, last one sucked =\
I'm up for author profiles and a bit more color.

I think author profiles are a really good idea, too. After all, the name of the network is FineFools--so it makes sense to play up who the fools are. Community seems to be the real strength of this group. That and personality.

Yeah design wise I am sure Rundle will stick with the whole theme going on around the network, of course i can never tell where he is going with things.

You know that look at the top has an Old West feel to me.

Maybe you could comment on some of the posts from the network blogs. Make fun of them, love them, whatever, but it may give some extra exposure to the blogs.

Good call, something I definitely need to put 30-40 minutes of my day into. Sort of like a Fine Fools digest.
Offline
I would be willing to do something like this on the FF homepage.

Think there's any mileage in the "When FineFools is a movie . . . here's who will play us" idea? Or is that just for us?
Offline
Alright Cowboy I can setup an account for you then and you can start your damage. Liz, I think the idea will carry once people get more familiar with the other writers, but it's definitely something to keep in mind.
